Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by koko33 ("Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

• Do not register on behalf of a third party or at another person's direction.

Koko33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a valid national ID, driving licence, or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at koko33. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

However, in the event of a security breach on the platform's end, koko33 will assume full responsibility and take immediate action to protect your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the koko33 platform are processed through secure and trusted payment channels. Available payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and various other methods displayed on the platform.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: Instant to 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account that has been registered and verified under the same member's name.
• Koko33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal.

Any attempt to process payments via third-party cards or accounts is prohibited and may result in your account being immediately suspended pending investigation. koko33 does not bear any service charges imposed by banks or third-party e-wallet providers.

Bonus & Promotions

Koko33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously made any deposit.
• Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Koko33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related wins in the event of misuse.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and considered fraudulent.
• All bonuses have a set validity period; expired bonuses cannot be used or redeemed.

Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the koko33 platform are subject to the specific rules of each game type or sport. The following general principles apply to all forms of betting:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless expressly permitted by the platform.
• Koko33 reserves the right to void any wagers placed based on inaccurate information or technical errors.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a match or game, koko33 reserves the right to use its discretion to resolve any related bets.

However, koko33 accepts full liability in cases where a member's loss arises from serious negligence or fraud committed by koko33 itself. All liability claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident.
